You’re encouraged to use the online application process to apply to join or renew TTT membership, if at all possible. Don’t forget new members also need a personal briefing with a TTT Board member prior to setting up to fly at TTT managed sites. There is also a kiosk at the Henson clubhouse where the online process can be completed at the time of briefing. See the Board of Directors page for a list of directors, or email us with your expected arrival date and we’ll put someone in contact with you to make arrangements for a briefing.

If necessary, the printed application process still works. You can complete the application/waiver, and mail it along with a check for the dues, but it can take up to a week or more for us to begin processing manual applications and another week to validate and enter new memberships or renewals manually.

Club directors may also accept applications in person. If you need faster processing and cannot use the online application process, contact a director and make an appointment to meet on site. You can complete the waiver/application ahead of time, and present it at the time of briefing. Keep in mind that manual processing requires more work by club volunteers and introduces the possibility of errors, so please write legibly and complete the application, especially the areas formatted in red. For this reason, use of the online form or clubhouse kiosk is still preferred, even when the printed application is used.
